Fall collections were great on New York Fashion Week. Most seen colors included, color of the year Marsala, navy blue, camel, brown, and beige. But undeniably one of the most seen colors, was gray. From the Diane Von Furstenberg collection, to the Peter Copping debut as creative director at Oscar de la Renta, gray was present in almost every runway. The looks included a modern menswear inspiration incorporating oversized blazers and suit pants and so many long trench coats, fun futuristic dresses with lots of detail, as well as pinstripe dresses all leading back to the menswear tone. My favorite of the looks were the metallic floor length dresses, which were the most feminine of all. Fifty Shades of Grey is taking over the world!
